My sister has been wanting to update the profile pictures on her blog for a while she packed up the family and brought them to us. I was just so happy with this one that I had to share. This is a stitch I just made from shots at the Memorial Lantern Floating Ceremony we attended in Hiroshima on August 6th (the day the bomb was dropped). It was an incredible sight that I will never forget. Many many more pictures to come.

Since coming back from Japan we have been busy busy busy. I get home from my 'day job' at about 3pm and then I process images from about 3:30pm to 10:00pm, often later. We are back safe and sound in Washington DC! This is another taste. This is a stitch from eleven photos which I took from the top of the Fuji TV building. We recently visited Mt. Vernon. It costs about $15 to get in, but it really is worth it. We went once but only had about 30 minutes before it was going to close so we didn't go in.
